Abstract: Guided by ZHANG Zhongjing’s syndrome differentiation system of six channels,this article explores the etiology, pathogenesis,transmission regularity,and treatment of Allergic Rhinitis based on Zhubing Yuanhou Lun, Shanghan Lun and Jingui Yaolue.Shanghan Lun emphasizes the concept of external infection. The author believes that the core pathogenesis of Allergic Rhinitis is based on superficial symptoms,transmitting through the two pathways,wind-stroke and typhoid fever,and further summarizes the transmission regularity and treatment.The onset of the disease follows the rugularity of entering from the surface and combining the surface with the interior.Therefore,the treatment should follow the principle of treating internal diseases out of the surface and transforming negative diseases into positive ones.
