    Abstract: Preventive medicine course is the most basic, important, and powerful tool to cultivate the foundational knowledge and skills related to public health and preventive medicine for clinical medical students. Furthermore, numerous medical colleges have incorporated this course as a mandatory requirement for clinical medicine majors. Additionally, the pervasive use of multimedia tools and comprehensive network coverage has greatly facilitated the integration of various information sources internet-based network teaching platforms and mobile learning have been widely used in the field of medical professional personnel training, and the integration of online and offline educational approaches has emerged as a popular topic. In the reform of college education and teaching in China. Aiming at undergraduate clinical medicine students at Guangzhou Medical University, this study utilizes the online platform of Chao xing to carry out the reform and exploration of applying the diversified online and offline mixed teaching mode to course teaching according to the course mode, teaching characteristics, and existing challenges of the preventive medicine course. The aim is to provide practical guidance for enhancing the quality of medical course instruction.
