The application of virtual reality in natural childbirth

    Abstract: Natural delivery has many advantages, so natural delivery of the fetal lung development is more mature, postpartum lactation faster and sufficient, beneficial to mothers and infants. However, the main reason why the rate of cesarean section in our country is higher is that most of the pregnant women think that the pain caused by natural childbirth is unbearable and prefer to choose cesarean section actively. Nowadays, with the science and technology developing rapidly, the application of virtual reality technology is gradually integrated into peoples lives, and plays a significant role in many fields. This article discussed the application effect of VR in pregnancy, parturition and convalescence of natural delivery. It aims to encourage natural childbirth and provide reference value and new ideas for the application of VR in pregnant and lying-in women.
