Preliminary Study on the Construction and Application of Proactive Healthcare Knowledge Graph for the Elderly Population in Community Setting

    Abstract: Purpose In order to enhance the artificial intelligence applications and improve healthcare algorithms, a knowledge graph management system integrated with preventive and rehabilitation knowledge was constructed to improve healthcare services availability and acceptability. Methods Based on natural language processing algorithms and the manual annotation from medical experts, a knowledge graph for geriatrics was built, which is performed by Med-BERT + BiLSTM + CRF combination algorithm; An intelligent question answering system was established based on the knowledge graph through KBQA. Conclusion The quality of the newly designed knowledge graph has reached the expectation. At the same time, the question-and-answer system based on knowledge graph is built, which provides an interactive and friendly way of knowledge acquisition for elderly users through KBQA.
