Analysis on the Path of Supply Selection of Maternal and Child Public Health Service Items

Abstract: Objective: Establish a supply selection path for maternal and child public health service projects, and put forward countermeasures and suggestions for the high-quality development of public health services. Methods: Establish a public health service project supply selection path and operation process with three indicators of coverage, cost-benefit ratio and cost as the core. Results: Among the maternal and child public health service projects, there are 1 excellent project (5.9%), 6 good projects (35.3%), 1 medium project (5.9%), and 9 warning projects (52.9%). Conclusion: Priority should be given to guaranteeing excellent projects and good projects, supervise and improve medium-sized projects and warning-type projects, establish a funding sharing mechanism for exit-type projects, establish a voting system for deputies to public health service projects, and give full play to the tools of health technology assessment value.
