Abstract: Construction and Application of Blockchain+ Vaccine Credible Traceability SystemAbstract: PurposeBuild a blockchain+ vaccine traceability system to accelerate the deep integration of medical health and the Internet, so as to innovate service forms and improve service efficiency. MethodRecord vaccine product manufacturers, commissioned distribution companies, CDCs, vaccinations, vaccinated children and other relevant information through the blockchain throughout the entire process, and write the dynamic information during the vaccine circulation process into the blockchain, for each support vaccines to establish tracking files to realize the traceability of the entire vaccine process. Result Based on the blockchain+ trusted traceability technology, all relevant parties in the process such as vaccine approval, production, circulation, and vaccination can be on the chain, and the entire process can track and record the information of each transaction link. Apart from this, the five codes of vaccine identification code + cold chain equipment code + audience code + vaccination unit code + vaccination doctor code constitute a joint code to build a traceable safe vaccination credit system. Conclusion The construction of the blockchain+ vaccine credible traceability system can achieve reliable source, non-tamperable, full supervision, vaccine association, scan code vaccination, and credible traceability, to ?provide protection for public health.
