  Abstract: The operational statistics data provided by WeChat official account of the Library of Capital Medical University are analyzed from user data，tweet data and menu access data aspects． The shortcomings during the operation of new media were summarized and improvement suggestions were put forward，aiming at providing reference for the university library to improve the operation and service capability of new media, and promoting the improvement of library information services and helping the construction of smart libraries.
