    Abstract: Based on the Android platform, the mobile phone medical image operation software with DICOM3.0 as the standard is developed. Combined with 5g wireless network communication technology, the software can be used to query, browse, edit and submit image data through smart phones, so as to ensure that PACS access is limited by time and region, and doctors can obtain medical image information anytime and anywhere, It improves the ability and efficiency of traditional Chinese medicine imaging in diagnosis and treatment.
