Abstract: With the development of network technology, internet communication has increasingly become the most direct and convenient way for users to disseminate health information. As the new coronary pneumonia virus sweeps the world, the spread of online health information about the pneumonia epidemic appears particularly important. This article summarizes the research on the characteristics of online health information dissemination of the new coronary pneumonia epidemic, characterizes the current status of online health information dissemination in my country, finds possible difficulties in the dissemination of online health information, and proposes improvement measures. The results show that there are problems such as lack of media responsibility, uncontrollable rumors, and low health literacy. To this end, the government, media, and individuals should work together to improve communication efficiency.
