Abstract: With the popularization of the Internet, the proliferation of false health information in public health emergencies has deepen the impact on the public. Based on the Susceptible Infectious Recovered Susceptible (SIRS) model of epidemiology, this paper constructs a system dynamics model for the dissemination of pseudo-health information in public health emergencies, systematically analyzes the dissemination process of pseudo-health information, and draws causality diagrams and stock flow Figure to explore the causal relationship and changing laws among the influencing factors of the dissemination of false health information. With Vensim PLE software applied to simulate, the results show that the number of susceptible people, the level of public health emergencies, health information literacy, relationship strength, government credibility and other influencing factors play key roles in the dissemination of false health information in public health emergencies. According to these, this paper gives some suggestions on governance.
