A Survey on the Cognition and Attitude of Internet Hospitals from the Perspective of Patients

    Abstract: Abstract Objective To understand the current situation of patients cognition of Internet hospital, and to provide basis for improving relevant policies. Methods A total of 1207 patients were investigated by convenience sampling. Result The scores of patients cognition on the service content of Internet hospital were(2.46 0.62) , the cognitive score of advantages of Internet hospital was(2.040.85) , and the score of cognition of disadvantages of Internet hospital was (2.971.11). The cognition of patients to Internet hospital was different in gender, age, education level, knowledge propaganda and Education ( P < 0.001). The results showed that the cognitive score was negatively correlated with the objective support and support utilization in social support. 78.8% of the patients had a positive attitude towards the development prospect of Internet hospital. Conclusion Although the patients knowledge and cognition level of Internet hospital is low, they have a positive attitude towards Internet hospital. Therefore, it is suggested to carry out publicity from community, family and relevant departments to deepen the patients cognition of Internet hospital and promote the sustainable development of Internet hospital.
