Exploration and Practice of Cultural Construction Path in Public Hospitals in the New Era

• 摘要：文化建设是新时代公立医院高质量发展的重要组成部分，本文将以南通大学附属医院东院区为例，简要概述研究背景，着重从医院文化建设路径和文化建设的示范效应两个方面分析该院东院区文化建设中的路径探索以及对促进医院高质量发展的积极作用。并探讨迈步新时代，如何扬长避短，创新文化建设工作，更好助推医院高质量发展。

  Abstract: Cultural construction is an important part of the high-quality development of public hospitals in the new era. This paper will take the East Campus of Affiliated Hospital of Nantong University as an example to briefly outline the research background and focus on analyzing the path exploration in the cultural construction of the East Campus of the hospital and its positive role in promoting the high-quality development of the hospital from two aspects: the path of hospital cultural construction and the demonstration effect of cultural construction. It also explores how to leverage strengths and address weaknesses, innovate in cultural construction, and better promote the high-quality development of hospitals in the new era.
