Experiences in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis with intestinal metaplasia based on the theory of “yang generates energy, yin forms substance”

• 摘要：本文介绍陈卫建教授治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎伴肠化生的临床经验。陈卫建教授认为，慢性萎缩性胃炎伴肠化生以“脾胃虚弱为本，气滞血瘀湿阻为标”为核心病机，结合“阳化气，阴成形”理论，治疗上注重“扶阳以振气机，养阴以固形质”，形成了一套系统化、个性化的诊疗体系，其经验方三草调胃汤以“阴阳并调、标本兼治”为纲，通过补虚培土、活血化瘀、疏肝理气、健脾祛湿四大治法实现动态干预，临床疗效显著。本文基于《黄帝内经》中“阳化气，阴成形”的哲学思想，深入剖析陈教授治疗本病的学术特色，以期为临床提供理论支持与实践参考。

  Abstract: This paper presents Professor Chen Weijians clinical experience in treating chronic atrophic gastritis with intestinal metaplasia. Professor Chen Weijian posits that the core pathogenesis of this condition is characterised by spleen-stomach deficiency as the root cause, and qi stagnation, blood stasis, and dampness obstruction as the secondary manifestations. Combining this with the theoretical framework of yang generates qi, yin forms substance, his treatment approach emphasises tonifying qi to restore yang, removing stasis to protect yin, and regulating qi to harmonise yin and yang. His empirical formula, the Three Herbs Stomach-Regulating Decoction forms a systematic and personalised diagnostic and therapeutic system. This article draws on the philosophical concept of yang transforms into qi, yin forms substance from the Huangdi Neijing to deeply analyse Professor Chens academic characteristics in treating this condition, aiming to provide theoretical support and practical references for clinical practice.
