摘要:【】目的 探讨多维度过程考核模式在住院医师规范化培训质量提升中的作用。方法 选取2023年9月至2024年8月在第二医科大学附属医院泌尿外科进行住院医师规范化培训的52名住院医师为研究对象,采用随机数字表法随机分为观察组和对照组,每组26人。对照组采用传统考核方式,观察组实施多维度过程考核模式。比较两组在培训前后的理论考试成绩、临床技能评分、综合能力评估及满意度评价。结果 培训结束后,观察组在理论考试(85.6±4.2 vs 80.3±5.1,P<0.01)、临床技能评分(88.9±3.7 vs 83.5±4.5,P<0.01)和综合能力评估(90.2±3.3 vs 85.7±4.0,P<0.01)方面均显著优于对照组,P均<0.01;满意度调查显示,观察组在培训内容、考核方式等方面的满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论 多维度过程考核模式能有效提升住院医师规范化培训质量,值得在培训体系中推广应用。
Abstract: Objective To explore the role of multi-dimensional process assessment model in improving the quality of standardized residency training. Methods Fifty-two residents undergoing standardized residency training in the Department of Urology at the Second Medical University Affiliated Hospital from September 2023 to August 2024 were selected and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group, with 26 residents in each group. The control group underwent traditional assessment, while the observation group implemented a multi-dimensional process assessment model. The theoretical test scores, clinical skill ratings, comprehensive ability assessments, and satisfaction evaluation were compared between the two groups before and after training. Results After training, the observation group significantly outperformed the control group in theoretical tests (85.6±4.2 vs 80.3±5.1, P<0.01), clinical skill ratings (88.9±3.7 vs 83.5±4.5, P<0.01), and comprehensive ability assessments (90.2±3.3 vs 85.7±4.0, P<0.01), with all P<0.01; the satisfaction survey showed that the observation group had significantly higher satisfaction in aspects such as training content and assessment methods than the control group (P<0.01). Conclusion The multi-dimensional process assessment model can effectively improve the quality of standardized residency training and is worthy of promotion in the training system.
