Zhang Aiqins Experience in Treating Ovarian Cancer after Operation and Chemotherapy

• 摘要：总结张爱琴教授辨证分型治疗卵巢癌术后的临证经验。根据卵巢癌患者术后及化疗、靶向药和免疫治疗过程中机体状态，张爱琴教授认为卵巢癌术后病机主要在中州亏虚的基础上，加之火毒之邪侵袭，情志郁结，肾阴耗伤，涉及脾、肝、肾、心脏腑功能失调。临证分为肝郁脾虚证、心脾两虚证、肝肾阴亏证三种证型，分别运用五花饮合参苓白术散加减以疏肝健脾理气，归脾汤合甘麦大枣汤加减以健脾养心化血，二至丸加减以平补肝肾充髓，并附医案1则。

  Abstract: To summarize professor Zhang Aiqins clinical experience in the treatment of ovarian cancer after operation and chemotherapy. Professor Zhang Aiqin believes that the pathogenesis of ovarian cancer after operation is mainly based on deficiency of central plains, invasion of fire toxin, depression of emotion, consumption of kidney yin, and dysfunction of spleen, liver, kidney and heart. The clinical syndrome can be divided into three types: liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome, heart-spleen deficiency syndrome and liver-kidney yin deficiency syndrome. Wuhua Yin and Shenling Baizhu Powder can be used to soothe the liver and strengthen the spleen and regulate qi, Guipi Decoction and Ganmai Dazao Decoction can be used to strengthen the spleen and nourish the blood, Erzhi Pill can be used to nourish the liver and kidney and replenish the marrow, and a medical case is attached.
