Clinical effect of She medical diet cool tea compound in treating obesity with excessive phlegm-dampness complicated with OSAHS1

• 摘要：目的 研究畲药食凉茶组方对痰湿壅盛型肥胖合并阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome，OSAHS)的临床疗效及安全性。方法 研究对象为2023年1月1日至2024年2月29日在丽水市中医院就诊的90例患有痰湿壅盛型肥胖并且合并OSAHS的患者。根据随机数字分配原则，将研究对象分为45例对照组和45例治疗组；对照组使用无创呼吸机持续气道正压通气（Continuous Positive Airway Pressure，CPAP）。治疗组除接受无创呼吸机 CPAP 治疗外，亦同时服用畲药食凉茶组方；治疗期均为3个月。对比两组患者的体重指数（Body Mass Index，BMI）和Epworth 嗜睡量表评分(Epworth Sleepiness Scale，ESS) 、睡眠呼吸暂停指标以及安全性。结果 治疗后，两组ESS评分、BMI、呼吸暂停低通气指数 (Apnea-Hyponea Index，AHI)均低于治疗前，最低血氧饱和度(Minimum blood oxygen saturation，LSa O2)高于治疗前，该差异在统计学上有显著意义（P<0.05）；且治疗组ESS评分、BMI低于对照组（P值分别为0.034、0.019），治疗组睡眠呼吸暂停参数（AHI、LSa O2）优于对照组（P值分别为0.000、0.025）；治疗中，两组患者均出现口干、头痛、腹胀等不良反应，与对照相比，治疗组较少（P<0.05）。结论 畲药食凉茶组方治疗痰湿壅盛型肥胖合并OSAHS疗效确切，可降低BMI及ESS评分、改善睡眠呼吸暂停参数，同时可减少无创呼吸机辅助通气带来的不良反应。

  Abstract: Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of She medical diet cool tea compound in treating obesity with excessive phlegm-dampness complicated with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome.Method: From January 1, 2023 to February 29, 2024, 90 obese patients with excessive phlegm-dampness complicated with OSAHS admitted to Lishui Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital were selected as the research subjects. Through the random number table method, they are randomly divided into control group (45 cases) and treatment group (45 cases); The control group received non-invasive ventilator assisted ventilation in Continuous Positive Airway Pressure mode; The treatment group was treated with She medical diet cool tea compound on the basis of the control group；Both groups were treated for 3 months。 The body mass index, Epworth drowsiness scale score, sleep apnea parameters, and safety were compared between the two groups.Result:After treatment, the ESS score, BMI and Apnea-Hyponea Index (AHI) of the two groups were lower than before treatment, and the minimum blood oxygen saturation (LSa O2) was higher than before treatment, which was statistically significant (P<0.05); and the treatment group ESS score and BMI were lower than the control group (P values 0.034 and 0.019 respectively), and the sleep apnea parameters (AHI, LSA O2) in the treatment group were better than that of the control group (0.000 and 0.025 respectively); During the treatment, both groups of patients had dry mouth, headache, abdominal distension and other adverse reactions. Compared with the control, the treatment group was less (P<0.05).Conclusion:The She medical diet cool tea compound has a definite therapeutic effect on the treatment of obesity with excessive phlegm-dampness complicated with OSAHS. It can reduce body mass index and ESS score, improve sleep apnea parameters, and reduce adverse reactions caused by non-invasive ventilator-associated ventilation.
