Effect of health education based on LEARNS model on urinary incontinence patients after laparoscopic radical prostatectomy

• 摘要：摘要：目的：探讨基于LEARNS模式的健康教育应用于腹腔镜前列腺癌根治术后尿失禁患者的效果。方法：选取福建省肿瘤医院2022年2月-2023年12月收治的76例腹腔镜前列腺癌根治术后尿失禁患者，随机分为两组。对照组患者38例使用常规健康教育模式，观察组患者38例使用基于LEARNS模式的健康教育，两组患者均干预1个月。比较两组患者干预前后尿控能力尿失禁问卷简表（incontinence questionnaire-urinary incontinence short form，ICI-Q-SF），盆底肌训练知识水平、盆底肌训练正确率、生活质量简明健康状况调查量表（Short Form 36 Health Survey，SF-36）。结果：观察组患者干预后ICI-Q-SF得分较低（P<0.05)。观察组患者干预后盆底肌训练正确率及盆底肌训练知识问卷得分、SF-36评分较高（P<0.05)。结论：基于LEARNS模式的健康教育应用于腹腔镜前列腺癌根治术后尿失禁患者可有效提升患者盆底肌训练知识水平及训练正确率，改善患者控尿能力及生活质量。

  Abstract: Abstract Objective: To explore the effect of health education based on LEARNS model in patients with urinary incontinence after laparoscopic radical prostatectomy.Methods: 76 patients with postoperative urinary incontinence after laparoscopic radical prostatectomy admitted to Fujian Cancer Hospital from February 2022 to December 2023 were randomly divided into two groups. 38 patients in the control group received routine health education, while 38 patients in the observation group received LEARNS based health education. Both groups of patients were intervened for one month. Compare the urinary control ability of two groups of patients before and after intervention using the Incontinence Questionnaire Short Form (ICI-Q-SF), pelvic floor muscle training knowledge level, pelvic floor muscle training accuracy rate, and quality of life using the Short Form 36 Health Survey (SF-36).Results: The ICI-Q-SF score of patients in the observation group was lower after intervention (P<0.05). In the observation group, the correct rate of pelvic floor muscle training, the scores of pelvic floor muscle training knowledge questionnaire and SF-36 were higher (P<0.05).Conclusion: TThe application of health education based on LEARNS model to patients with urinary incontinence after laparoscopic radical prostatectomy can effectively improve their pelvic floor muscle training knowledge and training accuracy, and improve their urine control ability and quality of life.
