Practice analysis on information system integration and sharing of Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention

• 摘要：目的/意义 推进政务信息系统整合共享是降低政府治理成本、实现治理体系和治理能力现代化的必要手段。方法/过程 本文以中国疾控中心信息系统整合共享工作为例，详细阐述了整合路径及工作成效，并对整合共享的难点和对策展开分析和探讨。结果/结论 基于全民健康信息化建设基础，明确“统筹布局，共建共享”的总体要求，探索以大数据技术为抓手，实现数据的融合与应用，构建数字疾控新发展格局。

  Abstract: Purpose/Significance The method of promoting the integration and sharing of government information system is necessary, in reducing government governance costs and achieving modernization of governance systems and governance capacity. Method/Process The paper takes information system integration and data sharing in Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention as an example, expatiating the working method and effect, and putting forward the solutions to some problems on current work. Result/Conclusion Based on the National Health Information Construction, the general requirement is clear for unified planning and co-constructing and sharing. Exploring the big data technology to realize data fusion and application, and build a new development pattern of digital CDC.
