Thinking and Prospect of ontology research of traditional Chinese Medicine——From term set to ontology set

• 摘要：目的：通过对近年来中医药领域本体研究进行回顾,全面梳理了传统知识组织系统为领域本体研究提供的支撑,总结成功经验以及不足,提出共同构建中医药本体集的倡议。方法：对现有中医药领域中典型的知识组织系统进行调研统计,并绘制统计表。结果：现有知识系统为本体研究提供了基础,本体的开放共享、互操作、本体功能增强和应用等方面在中医药领域本体研究中越来越重要。结论：提出共同构建中医药本体集的倡议,以期成为中医药信息化领域语义标准化的基础资源,更好支持中医药领域多源数据的整合与智能分析。

  Abstract: Objective By reviewing the ontology research in the field of traditional Chinese medicine in recent years, this paper comprehensively combs the support provided by the traditional knowledge organization system for the domain ontology research, summarizes the successful experience and shortcomings, and puts forward the proposal of jointly constructing the ontology collection of traditional Chinese medicine. Methods Investigate and count the typical knowledge organization systems in the field of traditional Chinese medicine, and draw statistical tables. Results The existing knowledge system provides the basis for ontology research. The open sharing, interoperability, function enhancement and application of ontology are becoming more and more important in the field of traditional Chinese medicine. Conclusion Put forward the proposal of jointly constructing the ontology set of traditional Chinese medicine, in order to become the basic resource of semantic standardization in the field of traditional Chinese medicine informatization, and better support the integration and intelligent analysis of multi-source data in the field of traditional Chinese medicine.
