Spatial Autocorrelation Analysis of Road Traffic Injuries from Beijing 120 Emergency Center

• 摘要：目的 分析2019年北京市120院前医疗急救道路交通伤害的空间自相关,发现道路交通伤害多发区域,为院前医疗急救资源配置提供依据。方法 基于ArcGIS 10.2软件中的空间自相关分析,研究道路交通伤害的区域差异。结果 道路交通伤害在各区均有分布且有差异；全局空间自相关Morans I=0.47,Z=150.44(P<0.05),表明道路交通伤害存在空间聚集性；以街乡镇道路交通伤害例数进行局部空间自相关分析,Getis-Ord General Gi*结果表明,存在51个热点和25个冷点。结论 道路交通伤害具有明显的地域分布,存在中度以上的空间聚集,对于指导区域内院前医疗急救资源配置和“绿色通道”建立具有一定的参考意义。

  Abstract: Objective This study aims to analyze the spatial autocorrelation of road traffic injuries on pre-hospital medical emergency in 2019 from Beijing 120 Emergency Center and to find multiple areas of road traffic injuries so as to lay the foundation for the allocation of pre-hospital medical emergency resource. Methods Explore the spatial difference of road traffic injuries based on spatial autocorrelation analysis by ArcGIS 10.2. Results Road traffic injuries are distributed differently in all districts. The Morans I statistic of road traffic injuries is 0.47(P<0.05), indicating a strong spatial autocorrelation. Local spatial autocorrelation analysis of road traffic injury cases in villages and towns shows that there are 51 hot spots and 25 cold spots. Conclusion There is an obvious geographical distribution of road traffic injuries and moderate or above spatial aggregation. This study has partial reference value for guiding the allocation of pre-hospital medical emergency resource and the establishment of “green channel” in the region.
