The cardiovascular effects of irisin in the rostral ventrolateral medulla of septic rats

• 摘要：[目的] 研究鸢尾素在脓毒症大鼠头端延髓腹外侧区（RVLM）的心血管效应。 [方法] 免疫组化法检测脓毒症大鼠在RVLM鸢尾素的表达情况；脓毒症大鼠RVLM注射不同梯度鸢尾素，信号记录分析仪记录大鼠的血压和心率。 [结果] 脓毒症大鼠RVLM鸢尾素表达明显降低（P<0.05）；单侧RVLM微量注射鸢尾素后血压升高、心率加快（P<0.05），其心血管效应呈剂量依赖型改变。 [局限] 实验动物及分组较少。 [结论] 鸢尾素在RVLM的表达变化与脓毒症病理过程相关。

  Abstract: [Objective]To study the cardiovascular effects of irisin within the rostral ventrolateral medulla (RVLM) in sepsis rats. [Methods] The expression of irisin in the RVLM of septic rats was detected by immunohistochemistry. The blood pressure (BP) and heart rate (HR) were recorded by the signal recording analyzer after the different consentration irisin have been micro-injected in RVLM of septic rats. [Results]The expression of irisin in the RVLM of septic rats was significantly decreased (P<0.05). Unilateral microinjection of irisin into the RVLM significantly incrceased BP and HR of septic rats (P<0.05).The cardiovascular effects were changed by the different consentration irisin. [Limitations] The groups and experimental rats are fewer. [Conclusion] The expression of irisin in the RVLM of septic rats is probably involved in the pathological process of sepsis.
