Design of hospital data governance level index system based on triangle mutual certificate

  Abstract: Purpose/Significance To build a certain representative hospital data governance level index system, to provide reference for the quantitative evaluation of hospital data governance degree, and help hospitals to use data elements with high quality. Methods/Process Based on the analysis of the existing data governance and hospital data governance, and the expert consultation method and triangle mutual certification method are used, the construction process of hospital data governance level index system is discussed through literature analysis, expert consultation, index pool triangle mutual certification and evaluation index TF-IDF value calculation. Results/conclusion The hospital data governance level index system including 3 first-level indicators, 11 second-level indicators and 32 three-level indicators, which is complementary to the existing smart hospital evaluation system, can reflect the foundation and development goals of the current hospital data governance construction, and provide corresponding reference for the future digital hospital construction.
