  Abstract: Purpose/Significance Relying on artificial intelligence technology, the medical library digital intelligence service process is promoted. Method/Process Based on the application status of smart library in the field of discipline service and the characteristics of medical profession, this paper reviews the innovation and practice of smart library in helping teaching, scientific research and discipline service in medical colleges from four aspects: digital intelligence service, learning resources, teaching visualization and scientific research autonomy. Result/Conclusion The application of artificial intelligence makes resource management efficient and helps teaching. Application of intelligent robots and Uibot to improve the quality and efficiency of novelty search service and help scientific research.
