Research trends of chronic diseases in China in the past 6 years before and after the implementation of Healthy China Strategy: Transition from treatment to management

  Abstract: Objective: To compare and analyze the time context, evolution process and research frontier of Chinas chronic disease policy, management and service before and after the implementation of Healthy China strategy, so as to provide reference for the future research of chronic disease management, health policy and service in China. Methods: Based on the perspective of knowledge network analysis, the relational structure analysis framework of chronic disease research was constructed. The core data of CNKI from 2010 to 2022 were taken as research samples, and the co-word analysis, centrality analysis and cluster analysis were conducted by Citespace, and the map of scientific knowledge was drawn. This paper innovated and introduced 2016 as a segmented node for the implementation of the strategy of healthy China, made a comparative analysis of Chinas chronic disease research from the perspective of policy changes and research changes, and discussed the network and evolution mechanism of Chinas chronic disease research in the past 6 years from the time sequence changes of the relationship between policy and research. Conclusion: Chronic disease has the characteristics of treatment and management, and presents the research trend of transition from treatment to management. However, the status of chronic disease policy, management and service research in the whole field of chronic disease research at the present stage still needs to be strengthened, and the knowledge network is not strongly related. Future research should further reshape the chronic disease research pattern with the help of public policies. Focus on the public value, paradigm evolution, theoretical construction and empirical test of chronic disease management in the field of public management.
