Design of Data Acquisition System Based on Shenzhen National Health Information Platform

    Abstract: Objective/Significance In order to solve the problem of collecting data related to electronic health records, electronic medical records and whole population separately in Shenzhen National Health Information Platform, the workload of collection is too heavy. Method/Process The data acquisition software was deployed on the front server of each medical and health institution in Shenzhen. According to the requirements of Shenzhen Regional National Health Information Platform Data Collection Standards and Specifications, the integrated services of data collection, cleaning and uploading were carried out to convert the relevant original data into standard format and load it into the front server database. Result/Conclusion Three basic databases were established by using the data acquisition system, so that the medical and health information of the city residents could be preserved completely, and the level of health informatization of the whole people in Shenzhen was improved.
