Research on the Intelligent Transformation of Medical Libraries Based on the Theory of Organizational Change

  Abstract: From the perspective of organizational change theory, the leavitt model analysis framework is used to analyze the driving force and resistance factors of the task environment, technology, organizational structure and personnel in the process of intelligent transformation of medical libraries. The corresponding transformation strategies are formulated in four aspects: smart business format, smart service, smart management and smart librarian.
