  Abstract: Regional health informatization is an important support and foundation for the development of health cause. The practice of the Nanjing regional health informatization has been introduced in this paper, from the aspects of planning design, construction, effect evaluation, analyzes the achievements and the deficiencies and puts forward the relevant countermeasures and Suggestions, aims to explore the quality of regional health information construction development path, and jointly promote regional health information connectivity, We will further improve peoples sense of access to medical and health services.
