Design and Implementation of Panic Value System based on Integrated Platform and HL7 Standard

    Abstract: Purpose: Based on the integrated platform and HL7 information exchange standards, designed and implemented a medical technology panic value system to replace the existing manual panic value management process. Method: Used InterSystems Ensemble integration platform to develop HL7 panic value message interface, accessed and integrated various medical technology systems and electronic medical record system. Results: A medical technology panic value system conforming to medical information standards was realized on the integrated platform, and interconnection and intercommunication of panic values among the hospitals various information systems was completed. Conclusion: The panic value system based on the integrated platform and the HL7 information exchange standard not only has good application value, but also the advantages of reducing the coupling of the hospital system and strengthening the sharing of medical information.
