    Abstract: Objective: Purpose: In order to optimize the medical care process and integrate the data of various systems to achieve smart ward management. Method: Use advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence technology, intelligent voice technology, and mobile Internet to realize information interaction among various hospital systems, and establish an intelligent comprehensive service platform for the whole ward. The platform consists of intelligent voice nursing interactive system, mobile nursing system, bedside interactive system, Intelligent bedside card, and other subsystems. Result: Integrating various systems and terminal data to truly realize interconnection to serve the entire smart ward process. Conclusion: The smart ward combined with artificial intelligence technology from ward environment monitoring, active patient services, and intelligent medical care services provide inpatients with a better medical experience and improve the comprehensive service level of hospital wards.
