Research on Service Mode Innovation and Satisfaction Analysis of "Smart Library" in Teaching Hospital

    Abstract: After literature research, an online questionnaire was designed and used to conduct empirical research on the student readers of a tertiary hospital. The results of the questionnaire were summarized and analyzed by means of statistical deion, constituent ratio and frequency method. This paper obtains the characteristics of readers' demand for the library, and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for improving the service quality of the hospital Teaching Library from the aspects of perfecting the existing functions of the library, optimizing the service mode, purchasing digital resources scientifically and intelligently, meeting the personalized information needs of readers, and establishing personalized information literacy training system for readers.
