Ｒeview of researches on Nrf2 in oxidative stress-induced atherosclerosis

• 摘要：动脉粥样硬化是一种主要影响大动脉和中动脉的慢性炎症性疾病,构成了心血管相关疾病发病的重要病理基础。氧化应激在内皮功能障碍、内膜脂质沉积、炎症反应和血管平滑肌细胞增殖等多方面发挥着促进动脉粥样硬化发展的作用。核因子E2相关因子-2(Nu-clear factor erythroid 2-related factor 2,Nrf2)是一种具有抗氧化应激的转录因子,参与细胞炎症反应和脂质代谢的调节,与内皮细胞损伤及泡沫细胞的形成密切相关,对动脉粥样硬化具有双重调控作用。本文深入分析了Nrf2在氧化应激诱导的动脉粥样硬化过程中的角色与作用。

  Abstract: Atherosclerosis is a chronic inflammatory disease that mainly affects the middle and large arteries, which constitutes an important pathological basis for the pathogenesis of cardiovascular diseases. Oxidative stress plays a role in promoting the development of atherosclerosis in many aspects, such as endothelial dysfunction, intimal lipid deposition, inflammation and vascular smooth muscle cell proliferation. Nu-clear factor erythroid 2-related factor 2 (Nrf2) is a transcription factor with anti-oxidative stress, which is involved in the regulation of cellular inflammatory response and lipid metabolism, and is closely related to endothelial cell injury and foam cell formation. It has a dual regulatory effect on atherosclerosis. This review provides an in-depth analysis of the role of Nrf2 in oxidative stress-induced atherosclerosis.
