Research progress of Xiangsha Liujunzi Tang in digestive system diseases

• 摘要：中文:香砂六君子汤是治疗消化系统疾病的经典方剂,由于近年来对于经典方剂的研究方法不断改进,深度不断加深,对香砂六君子汤的认识不断完善,为临床诊治提供了新的理论支持与思路。文章通过论述其组成中药的药理成分作用,并总结了方剂在治疗慢性胃炎、功能性消化不良、消化性溃疡、反流性食管炎、肠易激综合征等胃肠疾病及肝胆疾病中的临床疗效、成分靶点与新型研究进展,并对未来研究方向提出展望。

  Abstract: Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction is a classic prescription for the treatment of digestive system diseases. In recent years, the research methods of classic prescription are constantly improved, the depth is constantly deepened, and the understanding of Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction is constantly improved, which provides new theoretical support and ideas for clinical diagnosis and treatment. In this paper, the pharmacological components of TCM were discussed, and the clinical efficacy, component targets and new research progress of the prescription in the treatment of chronic gastritis, functional dyspepsia, peptic ulcer, reflux esophagitis, irritable bowel syndrome and other gastrointestinal diseases and liver and bile diseases were summarized, and the future research direction was proposed.
