摘要:微生物,包括细菌、病毒、真菌和其他真核生物,在人类健康中起着至关重要的作用。在过去的几十年里,在了解微生物组与癌症的相互作用方面取得了巨大进展。然而,大多数研究都集中在肠道微生物组上,而忽略了其他微生物组与肿瘤相互作用。近年来,肿瘤内微生物(简称瘤内菌群)与癌症的研究得到广泛关注,越来越多的研究表明,瘤内菌群与肝癌的病理生理过程紧密相关,瘤内菌群不仅影响免疫调控,还可能通过参与炎症反应、代谢调节等机制加速肝癌进展。然而,要充分了解瘤内微生物组的作用,仍需要进一步研究其作用和机制。本文重点探讨了肝癌瘤内微生物群的发现、来源及其分布特征,特别是在肝癌发生发展中的潜在作用机制。本文还进一步分析了瘤内微生物在肝癌早期诊断、治疗反应预测及个性化治疗中的潜力,特别是其在靶向治疗中的应用前景,为未来精准医学中的微生物干预提供了新的思路和方向。
Abstract: Microorganisms, including bacteria, viruses, fungi and other eukaryotes, play a vital role in human health. Over the past few decades, great progress has been made in understanding how the microbiome interacts with cancer. However, most research has focused on the gut microbiome and ignored how other microbiome interact with tumors. In recent years, the study of intratumoral microorganisms (referred to as intratumoral microbiota) and cancer has received extensive attention. More and more studies have shown that intratumoral microbiota are closely related to the pathophysiological process of liver cancer. Intratumoral microbiota not only affect immune regulation, but also may accelerate the progression of liver cancer by participating in inflammatory response, metabolic regulation and other mechanisms. However, to fully understand the role of the intratumoral microbiome, further study of its role and mechanism is still needed. This paper focuses on the discovery, origin and distribution characteristics of microbiota in hepatoma, especially the potential mechanism of action in the occurrence and development of hepatoma. This paper also further analyzed the potential of intratumoral microorganisms in the early diagnosis of liver cancer, treatment response prediction and personalized treatment, especially its application prospect in targeted therapy, providing a new idea and direction for microbial intervention in precision medicine in the future.
