Status and Influencing Factors of Digital Health Literacy among Elderly Individuals in Shanghai

• 摘要：目的/意义　调研分析老年人的数字健康素养（DHL）现状及其影响因素，为相关部门提供参考。方法/过程　采用eHEALS量表，通过便利抽样法对上海市419名≥60岁老人的DHL进行现状调查并通过二元logistic 回归分析其影响因素。结果/结论　低学历、吸烟、健康焦虑是影响老年人DHL的危险因素，而定期体检是保护因素。建议相关部门关注较低学历老年人群，加强 “健康体检、吸烟危害和减轻焦虑”的研究和宣教。

  Abstract: Objective/Significance To investigate and analyze the current status and influencing factors of digital health literacy（DHL） among the elderly, and provide reference for decision-making by relevant departments. Method/Process The eHEALS scale was used to investigate the DHL status of 419 people aged ≥60 in Shanghai through convenience sampling, and the influencing factors were explored through binary logistic regression analysis. Result/Conclusion Low education, smoking, and health anxiety are risk factors, while regular physical examinations are protective factors. Relevant departments should fully consider risk factors, focus on the elderly population with lower education , and strengthen research and education on health examinations, smoking hazards, and reducing anxiety.
