Research on the Social Support Network on the health of the Elderly Floating Population

• 摘要：目的：分析老年流动人口社会支持网络和健康状况，探究社会支持网络特征对其健康状况的影响，开发可资获得的健康支持网络资源。方法：采用多阶段分层抽样法开展问卷调查。利用描述性统计和结构方程模型分析社会支持网络对健康的影响机制。结果：老年流动人口的自评健康状态相对较好，但健康问题不容忽视。社会支持水平偏低，社会支持网络呈现“规模偏小、紧密度高、异质性较低、趋同性较高”特征。社会支持网络对老年流动人口的健康有直接正向作用，其中网络关系构成的影响效应最大。社会支持在社会支持网络→健康状况和流动情况→健康状况两条路径上起中介作用。建议：通过强化老年流动人口的家庭健康支持力度，充分发挥社区的基础与平台作用， 提升流动老人主动健康能力等措施，促进老年流动人口健康支持网络的重建或拓展，提升老年流动人口健康水平。

  Abstract: Abstract：Objective: To analyze the current situation of the health of elderly migration and social support network, and explore the mechanism of the characteristics of social support network on the health of floating elderly, and improve the social support resources. Methods: Using Multi-stage stratified sampling method to carry out the questionnaire survey. Descriptive statistics and structural equation model were used to analyze the impact of social support network on health. Results: Self-reported health status of floating elderly was good but many health problems were existed among them. The social support network were characterized by small scale, high compactness, low heterogeneity and high convergence, with a low level of social support. Social support network had a direct positive effect on the health, especially the relationship structure. In addition, the level of social support played an intermediary role in the two paths of social support network →health status and mobility→ health status. Conclusion: It is necessary to strengthen the family health support for the floating elderly and give full play to the role of community as the foundation and platform, and constantly improve the active health ability of floating elderly, so as to promote the reconstruction or expansion of the health support network for the floating elderly, and improve their health.
