Hospital Library Reading Promotion Model Building Based on 5W1H Analysis

• 摘要：目前图书馆阅读推广工作中普遍存在的黏性下降、营销不足、情境不理想等问题。运用“5W1H”分析法,结合阅读推广可定性的相关因素调研，探讨影响医院图书馆阅读推广工作的关键要素以及如何提升阅读推广活动服务质量，提高用户满意度，以期为医院图书馆开展阅读推广活动提供参考借鉴。

  Abstract: At present, there are many problems in the library reading promotion, such as the decline of stickiness, insufficient marketing, unsatisfactory situation and so on. Using the 5W1H analysis method, combined with the research on the qualitative related factors of reading promotion, this paper discusses the key factors affecting the reading promotion work of the hospital library and how to improve the service quality of reading promotion activities and improve user satisfaction, in order to provide reference for the hospital library to carry out reading promotion activities.
