Practice of intelligent consulting service -- Taking the library of Capital Medical University as an example

• 摘要：本文结合对国内图书馆智能咨询服务的网络调研及首都医科大学图书馆的在线咨询实践,对未来的智能咨询服务及其在智慧图书馆建设中的作用加以探讨。

  Abstract: Combined with the network investigation of domestic library intelligent consulting service and the online consulting practice of the library of Capital Medical University, this paper discusses the future intelligent consulting service and its role in the construction of intelligent library.
