Informatization Empowers the Collaborative Management of Shelter Hospital in the Public health emergencies

• 摘要：突发公共卫生安全事件下方舱医院的建立需要多部门多团队的紧密协作,全面的信息化管理极大地提升了方舱医院临床医疗活动的运行效率。信息化团队与管理团队协同探索,结合方舱医院实际运行情况,整理出基于信息化且适应于疫情发展的诊疗管理流程与模式,实现了信息化辅助临床诊疗管理,临床需求推动信息系统建设的良性循环。通过介绍在武汉协和医院先后托管的两所方舱医院：江汉方舱医院、江汉开发区方舱医院的信息化实践,总结出在突发公共卫生安全事件下医疗信息系统快速协同以及动态化响应的建设思路,为重大突发公共卫生事件下医疗信息系统的建设提供借鉴参考。

  Abstract: The construction of shelter hospital under the public health emergencies requires close cooperation among departments and teams. A comprehensive informatization can increase the efficiency of clinical treatment significantly. Information and management team explore collaboratively combined with the actual operation of the shelter hospital and sort out information-based diagnosis and treatment management process and mode adapted to epidemic development. And achieved virtuous circle that Information assist clinical diagnosis and treatment management, clinical requirement promotes the construction of information system. This thesis introduces cases in two shelter hospitals: Jianghan shelter hospital and Jianghan Development Area shelter hospital. And concludes the ideas of how to collaboratively build a medical information system in short time and and how to ensure dynamic operation and maintenance, which provides lessons for future medical information construction under the outburst public emergencies incident.
