Discussion on incomplete decentralization of innovative information service in medical library

• 摘要：随着信息时代的发展网络环境的优化,新技术新概念的涌现,数据软件的创新,“分布式”“去中心化”在区块链技术的应用发展下引起关注,区块链技术这种去中心化的显著特征正在被越来越多的场景应用。本文就医学图书馆基于区块链技术创新服务,实现以图书馆为中心管理地位的去中心化信息服务进行分析探讨。

  Abstract: With the development of the information age, the optimization of the network environment, the emergence of new technologies and new concepts, the innovation of data software, and the distributed and decentralized technologies have attracted attention amid the application and development of blockchain technology. The remarkable feature of decentralization of blockchain technology is being applied in more and more scenarios. This paper analyzes and discusses how to realize the decentralized information service based on the blockchain technology innovation service and the library-centered management status in medical libraries.
