    Abstract: Data and decision-making have played an important role in the fight against the new crown pneumonia epidemic, and medical information is an important basis for supporting medical decision-making. This paper proposes that in the new information era, the combination of medical information decision-making and the advantages of intelligent technology will give new wisdom connotations to traditional decision-making services based on medical information. By introducing the role, current situation and problems of medical information in traditional decision-making, as well as the elements, requirements and characteristics required for decision-making under the new situation, analyze the relationship between intelligent decision-making and decision-making in the new situation, and explore the role of big data and artificial intelligence in decision-making intelligence. It analyzes the application scenarios and modes of intelligent medical information decision-making services in the health field from the perspectives of strengthening the forward-looking and predictive nature of group macro-decision-making services, as well as the systemicity and accuracy of individual micro-decision-making services, and discussing the future The development idea of intelligent decision service based on medical information.
