Analyze the effects of various pelvic floor rehabilitation training approaches on postpartum patients suffering from pelvic floor dysfunction.

• 摘要：目的 研究不同盆底康复训练方式对产后盆底功能障碍性疾病患者的效果。方法 选取我院产后盆底功能障碍性疾病患者为研究对象，纳入时间为2022年1月至2023年5月，共计100例，分为对照组、观察组，均为50例患者（数字表随机法）。对照组采用Kegel运动自我锻炼，观察组采用Kegel运动加生物反馈联合电刺激治疗。比较两组临床疗效，对比两组治疗前后者盆底肌电生理指标，对比两组治疗前后膀胱颈移动度和尿道旋转角水平。结果 较治疗前，治疗后两组前、后静息及慢肌平均肌电值和快肌最大肌电值上升（P<0.05），观察组更高（P<0.05）。较治疗前，治疗后两组膀胱颈移动度、尿道旋转角降低（P＜0.05），观察组更低（P＜0.05）。较对照组，观察组总有效率更高（P＜0.05）。较治疗前，两组治疗后阴道收缩持续时间、性生活满意度评分均升高，而性交痛评分均降低（P＜0.05），观察组改善更明显（P＜0.05）。结论 kegel运动训练基础上联合生物反馈联合电刺激治疗对产后盆底功能障碍性疾病疗效显著，可改善患者盆底功能及肌力，改善患者性功能和排尿功能，值得推广。

  Abstract: Purpose The objective is to examine the impact of various pelvic floor rehabilitation techniques on postpartum individuals experiencing pelvic floor dysfunction. Techniques Our study included 100 patients with postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction who were selected from our hospital between January 2022 and May 2023. The patients were placed into two groups: a control group and an observation group, each consisting of 50 patients. The groups were assigned using a numerical table randomization approach. The control group received Kegel exercise treatment, while the observation group received a combination of Kegel exercise, biofeedback, and electrical stimulation. The clinical effectiveness of both groups was compared, along with the electrical parameters of the pelvic floor muscles before and after therapy. Additionally, the mobility range of the bladder neck and the angle of rotation of the urethra were evaluated before and after treatment. Outcome Compared to the pre- and post-treatment periods, both the average EMG value of the anteroposterior resting muscle and the average EMG value of the slow muscle, as well as the maximum EMG value of the fast muscle, increased significantly in both groups (P<0.05). Additionally, the observation group had significantly higher values (P<0.05). After treatment, both groups showed a decrease in bladder neck movement and urethral rotation angle compared to before treatment (P < 0.05). The observation group had a significantly lower decrease in both measurements (P < 0.05). The observation group exhibited a significantly greater total effective rate compared to the control group (P < 0.05). Following treatment, both groups saw an increase in the duration of vaginal contraction and the score of sexual satisfaction compared to before treatment. Additionally, there was a decrease in the score of coital pain (P < 0.05). The improvement in these measures was more pronounced in the observation group (P < 0.05). In conclusion Combining Kegel exercise training with biofeedback and electrical stimulation has a notable impact on postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction. This treatment can enhance pelvic floor function, muscle strength, sexual function, and urine function in patients. Therefore, it is highly recommended for promotion.
